I received an email from Nutiva informing me of the recall and it stated to discard the products with certain codes and expiration dates.It also stated that in order to recover the cost to send photos of the codes and dates on the boxes, packets and bottles, all of which I did.
Since I purchased it directly from Nutiva order numbers were also provided. The trash went out early Tuesday March 28th 2017.
It was only afterwards that Nutiva informed me that now in order to recover my loss everything must be returned to them.Has anyone else experienced this same problem with the recall?
